I brought my sweet little 6 month old kitten in for treatment this past Friday His little jaw had been completely shattered from being kicked by a neighbors horse. He was in intense pain and Dr. Hauser and his staff got us in on short notice . His injury was too severe to be treated so I made the hard decision to have him euthanized. They were so kind to my sweet little boy and myself very professional and very caring. The Dr. even brought my little kitty out to my wife and I to take home and took the time to explain everything to us and tell us how very sorry he was. Thank you all so much it made a hard day a little easier.

Had a fantastic experience at Surry Animal Hospital, on time appointment, superior staff, very fair cost.Took my dog Dozor in for his first visit and he left happy. If Dozor is happy everyone is happy!

I had a very good experience at Surry Animal Hospital. Dr. Hauser didn’t make me feel rushed about asking several questions during my dog’s annual visit. He wasn’t necessarily warm and fuzzy with my dog, but he seemed knowledgeable and appeared to be a straight shooter. I appreciated the fact that he wasn’t pushing products or unnecessary services. The assistant that initially saw our dog in the exam room was kind and patient as well. She asked plenty of questions to make sure she understood all my concerns. I will definitely return to Surry Animal Hospital.
