Working with Simcon General Contractors on the renovation of our residence in Fancy Gap, Virginia, was an invaluable experience. A full home renovation is no small undertaking, and the process can quickly become overwhelming. Having Simcon as a licensed contractor meant every stage that required permits and inspections was handled properly and professionally, giving me peace of mind that the work was done right and up to code.

Great people!!! Met Simcon for the 1st time today and I was treated extremely well. Jered and Bobby took time outta their day to meet me when I randomly showed up at their office. What a wonderful group. They definitely get my loyalty.
