I have been going here with my two kids and have consistently had excellent service. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but I don’t know what people expect of a walk in doctors office. Of course you’re going to wait a bit considering every appointment has different needs. The longest I have ever waited was an hour and the shortest was 10 minutes. Every employee from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors have been friendly and professional!

The people at novant health extended Care are very polite and professional. They was patient and listen to every detail I had to say about my pain today. They take the time to really figure out what's wrong with you and you can't say this about most places unfortunately but they care about your health for sure! Veronica B Brady is my favorite so far out of all the doctors I've went to. if I have a issue with my health ik to go back and see her.
