Northern Wellness & Fitness Center offers a range of facilities for members. These include a 25-meter indoor heated pool, open year-round, as well as a larger outdoor pool available during the summer months. The center also boasts a full-size basketball gym with basketball nets, pickle ball and volleyball nets, wrestling mats, and punching bags. An aerobics room is located adjacent to the gym. The center is considered clean and well-maintained. Some members have noted that staff interactions can be limited, and concerns have been raised about the supervision of children in the indoor pool area. However, other members praise the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the variety of workout equipment and amenities available. There is also a dedicated physical therapy area with positive feedback on the therapist's expertise and encouragement.
Great people, friendly and helpful staff. clean showers, clean bathrooms. A lot of workout equipment, indoor pool, outdoor pool, rogue bars and bumper plates, indoor track, indoor full basketball court, punching bags and yoga room.
Clean, well cared-for facility. Denise is my physical therapist and she is awesome! She motivates me and let's me know how I'm progressing, each visit. She takes the time to explain everything and is so kind!
The atmosphere of this gym is positive and a lot of people are willing to give you advice if you want it. The pool area is always clean and nice to use. The fees are reasonable and all the equipment is well taken care of and clean.
