Great people, friendly and helpful staff. clean showers, clean bathrooms. A lot of workout equipment, indoor pool, outdoor pool, rogue bars and bumper plates, indoor track, indoor full basketball court, punching bags and yoga room.

Clean, well cared-for facility. Denise is my physical therapist and she is awesome! She motivates me and let's me know how I'm progressing, each visit. She takes the time to explain everything and is so kind!

The atmosphere of this gym is positive and a lot of people are willing to give you advice if you want it. The pool area is always clean and nice to use. The fees are reasonable and all the equipment is well taken care of and clean.
