I had a new water heater installed. The guys were great ! However the water never got hot, only warm. Jay’s returned to assess the heater. Jermaine was here today, had to do a lot of investigation! It was determined the new water heater had a faulty thermostat. Jermaine had to drive to Blacksburg to get a replacement part. He returned and replaced it. I now have hot water. Jermaine had quite a challenge and did a great job. Thanks Jay’s!
Austin was our service tech, and he was great! He was friendly , courteous,listen to our problem and answered all our questions and was knowledgeable and was very professional. He was able to come right away and help us with our heating problem with an ice and snow storm on its way.He was determined to figure out the problem with our 30 + heater!
