Drove from Ohio for a funeral through a snowstorm. Windshield wiper fluid not working. I stopped here to see if they could help me and they worked me right in no questions asked. Fixed it within an hour. Very pleased and so kind of them to help me in this bind I was in. Please if you need anything. They are a great choice!

So glad I found Gary, Nate and Nate at First Chance. All repair shops claim to put their customers first, but few really do. Gary could have made a good bit of money in labor doing the work I thought I needed. Instead, he convinced me to take a different option even though he would make almost nothing when I did, because he knew from experience it was the best option for me. That's a rare virtue in today's world.
