“We used North State fence about three months ago to install a fence on a new home we purchased. We actually engaged with them about a month before we closed on our home to get a quote and Nancie was extremely helpful in everything down to even assisting me with my HOA approval paperwork.

I got six different quotes from local and larger companies and North state fence was one of the more reasonably priced and their customer service well exceeded the others. They were extremely thorough in making sure we were happy with the placement for the quote that they gave us.

When we actually got to the installation, they were very easy to work with, got us on their schedule very quickly, and even accommodated a last-minute change. Their crew was very professional and very clean and kept our property well maintained during construction of the fence. Colby came out and made sure the installation was going well. He did a walk-through with us before they started the installation and even made some suggestions to give us more space for the amount of fencing that we were getting, which we really appreciated.

It has been three months and we have three large very active dogs in our fenced in yard and we have had no issues. The fence is holding up great and it looks absolutely beautiful. From the very beginning, the communication felt refreshingly “old school” in the best way. Our in-home sales consultant, Sara, did a fantastic job setting clear expectations. Her personality struck the perfect balance between professional and personable. She really listened to our needs and offered helpful opinions without any pressure. Once we finalized our options, the proposal was sent prompt.

The entire process was seamless and modern as well, everything was handled electronically through email and payment links, which made things incredibly convenient.

Installation day was just as impressive. The 3-man crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. Even though our project was a smaller area, they still hand-dug 15 holes and took the extra step of placing dirt on plastic bags from their materials to keep everything clean.

Their attention to detail really showed, ALL 3 of them used levels, tape measures and squares, no eyeballing anything. Plus, they left the area so tidy, we barely had any dirt hills to level around posts. Best of all, they completed everything in just half a day. AND... They even wiped down the fence before they left!

The office staff also deserves recognition, they were consistently responsive via text and email and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Our experience started with the in home visit on 3/22 and completed installation on 4/14.
