I started working at Sequence in July of 2022, and have loved every minute of it. The workplace culture is exceedingly nutritive, and everyone has each other's best interests in mind at all times. I am astounded (in a good way) at the amount of resources this company invests in its people with respect to their happiness, professional development, training, tools, and overall life satisfaction. I have always felt supported such that I have the tools I need to do my job effectively, and know where to go if I need anything, bet it work related or otherwise. I have thoroughly enjoyed working for Sequence over the last couple years. This company heavily invests in the well-being of its employees. Training, continuous development, opportunities for growth and a positive, inclusive culture. Sequence plays an important role in the production of life changing medications and therapies, so the company’s vision is easy to stand behind. The leadership team is wonderful, they are driven, supportive, and very accessible.This is not a company does things because “that’s the way it’s always been done”.
