I had/have an excellent experience with the staff of Realo Pharmacy. They are all very hands on with their care with the patient they are dealing. They are all informative and helpful in everything I want to know regarding the medication I am taking. I am all praises to them. Thank you.
The last 7 months have been the most difficult of my life. My husband spent 6 months in the hospital and now I am his caregiver at home. We've learned 90% of the health care industry is about money and not caring for their patients. Needless to say, I'm usually ready for fight for everything my husband needs and wonder how I'm going to afford it. My experience with Realo has been 100% the opposite! Kelly and everyone i spoke to made sure we had what my husband needed, and even called to check on him to make sure he was doing well with the infusion. They truly truly care and are kind. We need more people and companies like this one!
I cannot say enough great things about this specialty pharmacy. Their communication is truly outstanding — either on the app or on the phone, they keep me informed every step of the way and are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Medication (and supply!) deliveries are consistently timely and reliable, which gives me so much peace of mind.
