So, I spoke to Family First during my initial price-gathering stage and they were not the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. They were however the most honest and dedicated people I spoke to. I decided to go with the cheaper company because I thought my wallet would hurt less. Lauren tried to explain to me that their prices were very accurate and that a lot of moving companies will try to jack up your rates at moving time. Lo and behold, on moving day, my price was jacked up about $2300 more than what the cheapest company said it would be. I am a very picky person and I couldn’t be happier with the overall service from family first! They were overall one of the higher priced companies but I did not shop by price and I was also made aware from the beginning of the process that most companies would show up and raise my job on move day which is exactly what initially happened!!! We hired a company that came in significantly lower and exactly what they said would happen did!!! They immediately upon arrival raised my job thousands of dollars. I moved from FL to TN. I can say these people are on there a game nothing moved and nothing was broken the guy who dropped it to the final destination was also A++ great customer service and nothing I needed someone was available to help thank you so much Family First Moving team for everything.
