During our conversation, I mentioned some concerns I had about uneven skin tone and discoloration under my arms. The desk staff attempted to resolve a matter which required a manager approval. Worked diligently to reach manager without success.. I was still able to use my pass.
Great service with my esthetician
I would give 1 star for manager response but giving 5 for the actual service which they had no control over.
Jaralyn was so gentle. As painful as the process is for me every time, I was definitely the pleased to have a gentle experience. Definitely recommend for sensitive skin, or beginners.
