Opened late, my appointment was 6:40p. Staff is unbelievably nice and helpful. Technicians explain everything to you before the test. I had a MRI of right shoulder. They have earplugs and music headphones. I chose jazz. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Everyone here was so nice and helpful, I arrived for urgent care thirty minutes before they opened and got seen right away. I read some reviews of this clinic before I arrived that said the front desk was rude and the wait was long, but I sat and watched the front desk interact with a number of patients and the staff was super helpful and nice to everyone who walked in.
Absolutely top notch professionalism and care at this facility.
I arrived with no appointment, was greeted by possibly 10 intake staff which meant my time waiting in line was less than a minute, and after a short wait was speaking with the intake nurse. I counted only 30 mins from walking into the door till my teen was being x-rayed. The PA was courteous, professional and did a fabulous job. Duke you continue to impress me each time I visit your clinics. Thank you.
