“I am revising my review, the company reached out and wanted to make things right. They sent out a new crew to clean again. They came in and cleaned our home nicely. I appreciate the company willingness to make the wrong right.My recommendation to the company is perform spot checks on your crews. Again, thank you for coming out and making things right.My husband and I are transitioning to the areaFound a lovely home and we’re looking to have it move in ready when we arrived a few days later.I was very excited when I scheduled my move in clean appointment. They were able to get me in right away. That’s where my excitement ended. I wasn’t at the residence when they came. Lesson learned, so many things were missed, the fridge wasn’t cleaned, the oven wasn’t touched, there were many light fixtures left with cobwebs, outside cabinets missed, shower soap trays missed etc.. The home wasn’t filthy when they came in but needed a good deep clean. For the cost I expected certain things done as the description read for the price. I even left a tip for the service prior to seeing the work, that was on me. This was a quick turn and burn job. I definitely will not be using their services again.“
