Small shipping hiccup but their customer service and management went above and beyond. Absolutely pleased with the quality of the product, customer service, and overall experience.
Edit: 05/08/2026 - Unfortunately, I am having to go back to this and shed new light. I ordered another ring and lo and behold, the ring was 1.5 months late to arrive. Worst of all, I cannot get a hold of their customer service anymore and last time I was able to get through the rep told me they lost their manager and all production is at a stand still. My advice: Do yourself a favor and avoid, if possible .
Beautiful earrings sent. Ultimately I needed to return them(nothing their fault), but customer service was able to provide me my refund and we're courteous. Thank you for working with me on my return.
Would give 10 stars if I could! Best experience ever. Me and my now husband came her to just look at engagement rings and their beautiful moissinite won me over. 6 months later we are married and both our sets are from Charles and Colvard. Abby has been amazing to work with! We moved up our wedding date unexpectedly and I was unable to get my wedding band in time but they offered me a placeholder and I was so happy with the placeholder I ended up keeping it and my original band. Absolutely love my set and Charles and Colvard. I have recommended this place to so many people and I plan to use them many more times in the future!
