Had a great pedicure today with Jessica, was a drop in. No wait. Great job - I think they could use a different playlist though I left feeling very sleepy, like massage table music. Raise the vibes of the place a bit with some current or more upbeat tunes.
I’ve been to Bellas twice and have my nails done by Kee Krylixx (Kiara) and I’ve always had a 10/10 experience. She does my shaping perfectly, and each design is hand painted!
Absolutely loved my experience with Bella’su Nails! The customer service alone was incredible. I reached out after my appointment and the owner/manager responded immediately, personally coordinated a time for me to come back in, and made the entire process so easy and kind. I never once felt uncomfortable or dismissed — they genuinely wanted me to leave happy.
I went back in for a chrome manicure and WOW — my nails now look straight off Pinterest. The shape, the chrome finish, everything is absolutely perfect. You can tell they really care about their clients and take pride in their work.
