I couldn’t be happier with the service! The HVAC installers arrived right on time and got straight to work. They were professional, efficient, and had everything up and running quickly. I really appreciated how responsive the company was from my first call to the final installation. Great experience all around—highly recommend!
Shannon came out today after trying to help me troubleshoot an error on our Nest thermostat and AC not working via phone. He figured out the issue (clogged drain lines) and stayed to make sure nothing clicked off before he left. We are now cooling off. Thank you!
We have used Coastal Home Services for a few years. They provided maintenance checks twice a year. Jordan Taylor was the technician that came today. He was very professional, courteous and knowledegable as have all previous technicians that we've dealt with. I highly recommend this company.
