All K Scruggs Heating & A/C, Inc has stellar customer service. The company is concerned about people. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They have installed a mini-split system and replaced an old oil furnace with a heat pump. Thank you Keith, Stephen, Wesley, James, and the rest of the team!

Kelly is great to talk to on the phone and willing to answer any questions she can or ask and get back with you. Without going into detail, called them out about a quote on a new heat pump. While he was there Keith looked over my outside unit better than a previous company I used for years did and gave us his opinion. After debating with my husband about what to do we decided it might just be better to replace the old unit. We decided since he seemed to care more about helping his customers than just saying the units old you need a new one, we'd go with All K and get a new unit through them.
