Andrew was the tech that had been to our home the last 2 or 3 treatments. He successfully eradicated our ants! Yay! He also was very knowledgeable about how and whether to treat the yard for mosquitoes. Because I have lots of flowers I'm not a candidate for the treatment, and I appreciate his protection of pollinators, which we like to also protect and help.

Great communication as to when my next appointment is. I appreciate them keeping track for me and it has been seamless. I don’t need to be home when they come, but when I am, the tech is always courteous and professional and asks if I’m having any worries inside or out of my home. They used to leave a pamphlet on my door letting me know they were there if I wasn’t home but they don’t anymore, so my only suggestion would be for them to resume doing so. My home is ant, bug and rodent free so I can truly say their services are effective. I have a lot of trees and land surrounding my house so infestations of multiple life forms could be a problem but it hasn’t been.... read full review

I am always telling my friends that they need Value Pest for their pest control needs. The monthly fee is moderate and if I have a special need, they get to me within a few days.. my service man is always knowledgeable and friendly.
