Chet was very pleasant and verified what pest we are seeing before beginning treatment. Very courteous of our home by wearing shoe covers inside. Did a thorough job of removing spider webs outside and treating.

Brian did the following which made me feel extremely comfortable with the termite inspection work he did ...
1. Brian introduced himself and explained what I could expect with the termite inspection today. 2. We walked the areas scheduled for the inspection. 3. He explained what was needed for me to do for his inspection ... this saved me a lot of extra work and time AND prepared the other areas for inspection while he was under the house. 4. Once Brian completed the inspection, he explained what he did and found.
Brian is the type of employee that all business would hope for!!!!
