I had the pleasure of watching Andrew and Cooper put their heads together and came to a conclusion and repaired the problem that allowed us to get a good night's sleep in a cool home. The technician called to inform me of his arrival time. He entered my home wearing shoe covering and immediately began to work on the problem. He was very professional and even offered advice on how to better maintain my ac unit output.
