I hope there was a 10 star review, I have unfortunately go through the process of putting a pet to sleep a few times, but this is the first one I’ve ever feel so much empathy for what we were going through, the staff was professional yet very kind, they gave us the best alternative not only for us but my elderly cat, we went today for his remains and the way they delivered literally brought tears from us, they went the extra mile, think about everything, we got a beautiful bag with his paw print, signed card with notes from the star and a little bag of his hair… it was amazing, thank you so much !!!
Dr. Thompson & his staff are the best of the best. They’re dedicated to helping your pets. They go above and beyond for their clients & I can not say enough positive things about this clinic! They love your pets without a doubt & treat them as family. We will forever support Thompson Animal Hospital!
Just moved from another state. Found this Vet. So far very happy. My 7 year old pitty always had to be sedated to do his nails. Not here. 3 girls walked into the room. I put a muzzle on him. Two girls got on the floor and held him down while the other clipped his nails. 2 minutes later we were done. Yes a little bit of stress for him but we'll worth it not to sedated him.
