I really like the really good and patient customer service team working with me and my crazy schedule. I also can't say enough about our area technician Wagner Barion. He is always ontime, professional and polite.

As a woman with blindness, I find it reassuring to have such good service to help. Keep my home safe and pest free. Jen at Terminix is amazing! She has helped me with fire ant issues, seasonal ant issues, and general termite and pest services. Very professional. Very accommodating. And, the service is effective.

I was very impressed with Michael Benton. He showed me great customer service and professionalism. He told me he was on his way to service my home. All other technicians before him never contacted me and I did not know if the previous technician showed up. Michael took the time to discuss with me if I was having any issues. He left a Terminix signed with his business card attached. Again, other Terminix technicians never did that. Michael is a valuable employee with Terminix. I want to request him to take care of spraying my home as my regular technician. Thank you, Michael, for treating my home like it was your own. A very happy and satisfied customer. Theresa
