I was very impressed with Michael Benton. He showed me great customer service and professionalism. He told me he was on his way to service my home. All other technicians before him never contacted me and I did not know if the previous technician showed up. Michael took the time to discuss with me if I was having any issues. He left a Terminix signed with his business card attached. Again, other Terminix technicians never did that. Michael is a valuable employee with Terminix.
