One of my gaming PC components got fried during a storm. I didn’t have the tools to fully diagnose the problem. The owner was able to quickly diagnose the problem and pinpointed the problem part. Got a replacement and was up and running! Very happy with the shop’s service. The couple is very friendly and kept me updated regularly all along the way. Super happy with my repair! He even cable managed for me and made it look even better than I could! Haha

Excellent experience! Small business that does business the way it should be done - personable, professional, reasonable and work done promptly. We have an old Dell desktop that is still operating on Windows 10, but with all the Microsoft updates, was tending to shut down without warning. Connie got us in to see Jim quickly and he had a solid state hard drive installed and cleaned up some shortcuts. It is working like a charm. We can highly recommend Tekshop - a local small business that takes good care of its customers. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable! I upgraded the RAM and solid state drive on my computer. But I had difficulty cloning my existing hard drive. So, I took my machine to them and they cloned my hard drive with no problems for $80. At my sales position at Badcock furniture, I talk to a lot of people who have computer problems and I will most definitely be referring them to Tekshop.
