*I'm editing the review to share that we were finally reimbursed for the damage. It took way too long and the process was grueling, but manager Rodney did finally make sure the issue was resolved. *The countertops looked great but it wasn't until a few weeks later that I realized that the epoxy/fixative seeped down and damaged my Kitchen Aid mixer and several pieces of cookware. I had to throw out some pots and pans...it can't be removed and any residue would be toxic for human consumption. They never instructed us to remove or cover anything. I could not be happier with my countertops. My husband and contractor called them regularly. Everyone was professional and courteous. I worried about the fabrication because I had large veined quartz. They joined 2 Veins together. My contractor said it could not have been done better. I agree. I love it. Antonio and his helper were very clean and did a fabulous job .

Communication to customers needs improvement from purchase from Home Depot forward. You won't hear from HD after they have your money. Stabella calls to schedule the measuring, you go to MSI, Inc. to pick your slab; Stabella picks up the slab and takes it to their plant in Monroe for finishing and installing. Stabella's measuring and installer guys were friendly, prompt and courteous. No complaints there. Whole process took six weeks from purchase to install.
