We’ve had our “Money Pit” for 5 years now and have had continuous issues with the toilets either not flushing properly or doing that slight overflow/ trickle down thing. I originally just wanted to have them check the house for any leaks I couldn’t detect due to excessive water usage/bill especially the last 3+ months. Well, we were just going to replace the guts of the tanks (we have 3 bathrooms), but they gave me an exceptional deal of installing 2 brand new toilets in the downstairs (original 25 year old toilets) and gut replacement on the upstairs toilet.
