All these ladies are hard workers and the best at what they do, very professional and reliable, I recommend them 100% you will not be disappointed!
My mother was having major surgery and after the surgery she was very susceptible to infection; so in an effort to prevent this, we wanted a “deep clean” performed to get rid of any dust, dirt, mold which could cause her condition to worsen. After reading the outstanding reviews, we contacted Piedmont maids. They scheduled us with no issues, and arrived right on time. The areas they cleaned looked fantastic, we were so please with the results. The only hiccup that we encountered was one of the rooms (the living area) was not cleaned, they started in the back bedrooms and bathrooms, which I inspected and it looked great. So I then went out to power wash the exterior while they were working inside and I didn’t walkthrough living room. Until after they departed. I contacted the company after the fact and asked why they didn’t clean the living room and one of the staff members said “because your mom told us not to,” of course my mom denied this, but nonetheless we were stuck with one dirty room. So I contacted the customer service rep and we went back and forth on the price paid and whether they could return, eventually the owner of the company “Gabby” became involved and she said, I want to make everything right, I can refund a portion of your money or we can re-deploy the ladies to fix whatever is wrong because we stand behind our service. This was so refreshing! Of course we didn’t want a refund, we had paid the maximum and tipped the ladies substantially for their hard work, but we did want the project finished. The ladies returned while my mom was in recovery from surgery and did an excellent job. We were thoroughly impressed with their attitude, their work, but most importantly Gabby the owner, we will probably set up recurring monthly service and would highly recommend them, they work so hard and produce great results!
I called last minute and they sent their crew and did a wonderful job on a day that they are normally off. Their pricing was fair and they went above and beyond to do everything to help me. Fast, trustworthy, excellent service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!
