The staff and the Dr were all very friendly and helpful. It was my son’s first visit to the eye dr and it was so good and easy that I’m going to change from Charlotte Eye and start going here.

They gave me the best most thorough diabetic eye exam I have had in many years. I do not do dilation well but this was a good experience with my eyes back to normal later that same night instead of like in previous times even late the next day. I saw the son & he was very kind & explained each thing he was doing & asked if I was ok a few times also. From making the appt. to the welcome as we went in all the way through to ordering glasses & checking out we could not have had a better experience. Have already told family & friends what a safe easy visit it was.

I have been to countless eye doctors in my life, Phifer is my favorite! I absolutely love both doctors. They take the time to explain situations and what is happening. Both of them work well with my children without treating them like just a kid with no input. With an eye injury they got us in quickly and were very thorough. The staff is friendly and polite.(could use some more parking though) Highly recommend them!
