I knew from the second I walked into to PC Guru that this was a business owner that cared about his customers. He was helping an older gentleman walk through a simple problem but Don gave him all of his attention and walked him through the problem with patience and respect. My experience was nothing short of that either we had great communication and he explained everything to me in a way that i didnt feel like an idiot like some other places do. For any computer issues you have in the area PC Guru should be your first stop.
I took my phone into him. I was having problems with it. He got some of my accounts back and I was at the door in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this gentleman he is top-notch and very polite.
Hello to all who may read this don’t really leave any reviews but I kinda feel like I have to this time, I spoke with don when I arrived I was very worried bc I needed this pc for work and when I built it I messed something up, don broke everything down made it very simple to understand was very generous and courteous even taking notice to me crouching outside and was nice enough to bring me a card. Over the top customer service, would recommend all local pc needs or issues speak with Don !
