Management obviously goes a long way. After getting a new manager - the ladies here at this store are top notch. After several negative experiences at the Indian Trail location from both the employees and manager (Nicole or Noel; can't remember) I contemplated cancelling my membership but I decided to give it one last shot at this location. And boy am I glad I did. Kai and Faith immediately greeted me and had such lively personalities, they walked me through what lotions I needed and set me up with a kit that I didn't even know was an option when I signed up for my membership. The palm beach store in Monroe has the cleanest facilities out of Matthew’s and Indian Trail I have been going to Matthew’s for a long time. The last few times I’ve gone they said my room was ready. I went back and the bed had lotion on it from the previous customer

I really like this location. The staff is always friendly, and they keep the store clean.My only complaint is that there are no mirrors in the tanning rooms. Why do you not have mirrors? Your other locations have them.I need to be able to look at myself after tanning to fix my hair, look at my face, etc.Please install mirrors.
