We had to replace our Hardwood flooring, Kacie Richardson was awesome to work with, very knowledgeable and great to work with. Prices at Outlet flooring are great and material was available when promised.

We needed new carpeting after 20 years. lots of trips to surrounding vendors, talking with sales agents, research - research - research learning all we could about every brand deciding which carpet would provide us with the best replacement options for our home and pets. We finally settled on Mohawk Triexta purchased at Outlook Flooring in Monroe NC. Carmen guided us through selections grades which there are many we finally chose Triexta for the durability and you only use water to clean - win/win. I throughly enjoy working with Outlook Flooring and Carmen at the Monroe location. We used them for the carpet and laminate of my entire new house and enjoyed them so much we just hired them to install a runner on my stairs. Everything is beautiful and exactly what we were looking. If you are looking for a friendly and professional company, with an incredible end state product then I recommend them.
