I’ve been here 5 times in the last few weeks due to very bad back pain. Massage beds seems a lil worn but My treatment seems to be helping and I was seeing Dr. Joseph. My last 2 visits I saw the female Dr. ( Can’t remember her name). She did slightly different treatment but it still helping. I asked where Dr. Joseph and Adele (receptionist ) and was told he is on leave and she no longer works there. Bummer. Another problem is my co-pay. Insurance benefits states the payment I should be paying but they are charging $6 more. I asked the new girl and she seemed to have no clue/ real explanation as to why my payment is more than my co-pay should be. Hopefully Dr. Joe...read full review
The entire staff is very professional, however; they treat you as a family member instead of a client. Their energy is very nice and they keep you excited to come back to keep getting treatment.
After 4 failed attempts with chiropractors to find the root of my back issues I had almost given up hope... until I found Dr. Alberts! Gentle touch, the softest hands ever, doesn’t push you through pain but finds the issue, addresses it and even shows stretches recommended for off days. This man doesn’t want your money but instead actually enjoys making sure his patients feel relief after his adjustments. I recommend Dr. Alberts to EVERYONE!
