I been going to Lee Spa nails for years; Monica does my nails & pedicures. Monica is an amazing & sweet person in general. Beyond than just being a nail tech, she takes her time to ensure everything comes out correctly. From picking out the best color into shaping my nails perfectly. Monica is awesome & attentive!
This was not my first time coming here. It was my first time feeling like I was not happy when I left. My left big toe is raw and bleeding slightly. I can feel the mistake she made. The nails are not square, or even, and the professional has cut back the nail so far that is going to end with an ingrown nail. I gave three stars bc I've been here before and know they can do better. This visit deserved less stars because they didn't live up to their potential and inflicted pain, and yes, it's uncomfortable to put pressure on it.
KIM is the Best at Lee Nails. She has been My Nail and Pedicure Lady for Several Years!! She is Very Friendly and Gives Me Great Service. I Always leave with Wonderful Service and Beautiful Nails!!!
