I called Joseph Laney Septic company at 9am today, they stated they would be out later today, they were very busy. My septic tank was backed up for 4 days because of the holiday. They showed up by 2:30 with 4 employees with the owner, 2 trucks and a backhoe. they took care of the septic problem, some other plumbing issues and were finished in 1 1/2hours. Fast, Professional service, exceeding my wife and I expectation. We will be customers for life
I asked for a maintenance check and Joseph and his guys were very quickly able to identify that our septic system is operating as it should be. They gave me honest feedback. Thanks guys!
The Laneys are amazing! They were patient with my questions, prompt, courteous, and quick! Our septic pump went out and even though they couldn't come until the next day due to rain, they reassured me I could still use my system. Highly recommend and will call them next time we have a problem.
