The gentleman at fix and repair helped me out so much. My iPhone 13 Pro wouldn’t charge and I didn’t know what to do cause I’ve was in the middle of a job so when I did was take it to T-Mobile is who I have the phone with and they really couldn’t do much but they advise me to go across the street to Walmart in Monroe off of 74 and the guy has a shop there if I fix and repair and did a great job Job didn’t charge me anything. I’ve got some dirt out of the port where I was plugging into and it’s charging right now and I’m as heavy as I can be, but there are some good people left in the world that I willing to take care of...read full review
Adam at Walmart Monroe NC fixed my beloved ancient IPhone (8) when the rear camera went bad. He replaced it with a new one in 20 minutes while I shopped. Great service, great guy! 🤗

I recently shattered the back of my iPhone 16 and shortly after it wouldn't function unless plugged into a fast charger. Ali tested it out, identified the problem (the battery had been punctured by the broken screen) - he then replaced my battery, along with the whole back of the phone and now it's in perfect working order. He provided excellent service, showing me the difference between my broken battery and a new one, and answering all of my questions. He even gave me his opinion about which color back I should use - the day I took my phone there they didn't have the bright blue Iphone 16 back, only black...read full review
