The young gentleman that help me was very thorough with trying to fix my son’s phone and went through all the steps to get it fixed and explained what the problem was. And even though my sons phone was to far gone he gave his honest opinion to just get a new one instead of taking our no anyways. I would definitely recommend this phone repair store to anyone.
