I have changed my rating from 5 star to 1 star after discovering all the hidden issues after living here for 3 years. Some really big issues that are the manufacturers fault. Shult homes is the builder. 1st choice is the General Contractor. Both have major issues.The attic insulation is reading at 9 inch depth (R 28 )after move in. But it was placed at 14 inches specified to be R38. The General Contractor who installed the home moved the blown in insulation to the sides to do work on my attic but never replaced it to its original position. Jim quick is a liar. if he tells you something make sure he puts it in writing he is a sorry man and the man they send out to do the inside of your house does sorry work. You can tell everywhere that supposedly was fixed. You can show him things wrong and he promises to fix it and never does.the cabinets fell apart less than a week i fixed them myself so they would be right they half ass a lot the front door don't fit right he said he would fix it but he did not don't buy hear they suck we like the home but not the workmen ship is bad
