Today was my first time in Cost Cutters. My stylist was Ashley. She was super sweet. We had a small issue with my hair. Evedentaly someone didn't rinse blue dye out of the shampoo bowl and it latched on to my blonde hair. She showed exemplary professionalism in how she handled the whole situation. She could have just sent me on my way....I was clueless to the issue....but she didn't. She partnered with another stylist, I believe her name is Chloe. I apologize if I am wrong. They did everything they could to get the color out of my hair. Honestly I can't even see it. They were amazing. She discounted my service even though that was not necessary. Went to Cost Cutters for the first time yesterday. Dawn was my stylist, and she was awesome! Cut my hair exactly like I wanted it. Gave me tips about what products to use for my fine hair. She was concerned about the amount of hair I was losing after she washed it. Encouraged me to let my medical provider know. Excellent customer service, and I will be back!
