After using another cleaner for years, mainly for the convenience of a location, I finally decided to try someone else. I'm so glad that I did. Just recently, I took in some boiled wool jackets that had little pills all over them. I didn't have an expectation of how they would look; however, they look brand new! All of the little pills were gone and the shape had been restored. I am so pleased and wanted to share a positive experience. Thank you!
