Absolutely zero stars. Not only is the customer service disgusting, they completely ruined my dogs coat. I have a golden doodle and he was not matted at all to begin with and even with a reference picture, they shaved him down to his skin and is patchy. He is black so you can see his pink skin and my poor dog was trembling leaving. When trying to call to speak with someone, they refused to even pick up the phone or give me a refund. This company is disgusting and would never recommend.
