We've used American 1st for several years. Owner Chuck is hands-on and stands behind his work. Whether a seasonal system check-up or repair of one or more components, American 1st technicians always outline the work to be done, costs, and make sure you understand the work being performed. I especially like and appreciate that Chuck hires and trains HVAC apprentices. American 1st apprentices are well supervised and will be 100% ready to join the trade. I highly recommend American 1st as a quality, local business.

I have been with this company 10 years now and they are the best. I have a maintenance contract with them and keep returning every time its time to re-up. They are honest, polite, clean, helpful and their mechanics are always very helpful. I had - what I thought was an emergency - it wasn’t - but their general manager came out as quickly as he could and took a lot of time in figuring out what my “issue” really was and we were able to sort out that I was being overly cautious. He replaced my filter and I got off cheap. Really, if you don’t want to worry about your air conditioning, call these guys, get into a contract with them and rest easy.
