My favorite nail place! I’ve been so many times and I usually get a different person each time and get everytime I always get the best nails! The techs are SO nice and talented! Iris is my favorite when it comes to design though - she’ll make your Pinterest dreams come true!!
I have been coming to this salon for over two years and have never had any issues until today.
Today, I came in for a pedicure and an SNS manicure with a cat-eye design. My nails were already almond-shaped when I arrived, and the technician asked if I wanted them cut down. I told her maybe just a little, but I specifically said that I did not want to lose my length, just a small amount taken off.
What bothered me was that she never explained that I would be charged an additional fee for cutting down that small amount. I have never been charged this fee during any of my previous visits, which can be seen in my customer profile.
