Tried to call for a quote. Impossible to reach a real person. Can’t imagine how difficult it is if you’re already a paying customer.

Service is not working at all. We still have all the bugs outside. Seems like they don’t spray and only spread a granule outside that doesn’t work. They also require a contract so unfortunately we are stuck with this for a year. Lots of money for nothing! Extremely disappointed.Service: Bug & insect extermination

Some things to note. If you move they will not cancel your service even though they can not service the new location. You just pay for it. In additional they will not cancel the auto renewal when you call, they force you to wait for a call back from a retention team. Lastly you are unable to locate the terms of service anywhere other than a secure email that you get when you first enroll that expires and is no longer accessible to review the details of the contract with your own eyes and they will not send you one. Some pretty shady business practices if you ask me. The service while you have it is what you would expect but heaven forbid you don't want to continue.
