I cannot say enough good things about this veterinarian clinic. Everyone is so nice and Dr Allers is an exceptional dr. I have one dog who is a rescue and was abused, so needless to say he doesn't trust people easily and it can make for some challenging visits. The very first visit Dr Allers took Murphy and just walked him around the clinic trying to build up his trust. He performed a surgery on him last year and I could not be more appreciative of the care and compassion he showed. Just moved here from out of state and needed a new vet. Checked reviews on so many places and landed here. I was so happy with my first visit experience I can't say enough positive things about them. They made me and my pups feel welcome and comfortable right away. They took their time and Dr. Lentz and the vet tech (Monica) treated both my pups with care and concern. They answered all my questions, made valuable suggestions and provided a level of service I wasn't sure I would ever see again. Mint Hill Animal Hospital and especially Dr. Mocanu are a wonderful veterinary team! We started going there in 2012 when we moved to Mint Hill, and we had great experiences with getting our dog's shots, treating him for ear infections and a kennel cough illness. When we moved away from Mint Hill in 2017, we went to another vet just because it was closer to our home. However, our 10 year old black lab developed very concerning symptoms back in March that included a sudden inability to stand or walk unassisted, and problems using the bathroom.
