Thayer Contracting has completed a series of projects in our home, from the initial remodel before moving in and a complete screened in porch project soon thereafter. Additionally, we have completely remodeled the Master bathroom and then our kitchen with TCI as well. Professionalism, attention to detail, top quality work is what you should expect. If you're looking for the cheap guy, look somewhere else. My experience with Thayer Contracting was excellent. The attention to detail was great. He dealt with any concerns I might have and dealt with them accordingly. We had to go through an unpleasant ordeal due to lot restrictions on my property and Chris hung in there with us and completed the project. In the end my third car garage looked great and really complimented the rest of the house. It was a pleasure to work with him and would do it again.

My HOA required that we build with brick and match my 15 year old home as close as possible. A friend of a friend recommended Thayer, and we are so happy because we got a garage that was so much better than I had hoped. The process was great from the start. The quote wasn't just a number and a promise, it was a detailed description of each step along with the estimated cost. They paid great attention to detail and they even matched the Quoin corners on the house so the brick would be a perfect match.
