We found our darling Ruby through Shellie ( Natural Breed Kennels) and will be forever grateful to her. She was very transparent right from the time we first met Ruby. That is why I decided to send Ruby to Natural Breed Kennels' resort for grooming and boarding. The grooming service provided is excellent. Ruby smells so good and fresh . They send us report card and pictures when we board Ruby with them. We live very, very far from the resort, still we take Ruby to Natural Breed kennels as we have full faith in Shellie, Stephanie, and the staff that Ruby is in safe hands and they are one of the best in Charlotte.

When I’m in need of boarding or grooming, this is where I bring both my German Shepherd and American Eskimo. I really like that they have rooms for the dogs to stay in instead of cages. When boarding, they will email report cards for you to get updates on the dogs. I do wish they had a video system that you could watch from, but that is not a deal breaker for me. The dogs are always happy when I pick them up.

I cannot say enough great things about NBK. My girl Margo is always overjoyed to go there and that says enough on it's own. I know she will be safe, loved, and taken care of when I drop her off which means that I can go out of town worry free and that is so hard to find.

Our dog and cat grooming services include bathing, nail trimming, bath & tidy, full grooming, spa service & deshedding. We use only the top of the line products such as hydra products. Our resort is the luxury our pets deserve.
