Use whatever tech is available and owner knows I tip well, so gives me the better techs.
We had such a great experience at this nail salon! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect.
The owner, Jim, truly stood out—he is incredibly nice and personable, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. What meant the most to us was how kind and patient he was with our 8-year-old daughter. He made her feel so comfortable and special, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable.

I had a great experience with James at Uptown. I have sensitive nails and also prefer wrapping to remove dip powder, vs. soak in acetone. James was very kind and patient with my request. I went to other nail salons in the area and they refused. I know it takes extra time and i tip more bc of that. Also, James followed each application step rather than skipping to save time. In this area, many shops are providing 'fast food' type nail service and not good nail health! I will pay more for good nail service. Thank you!
