We recently boarded our cats here while we were out of town for a week. The facilities are top notch and the owners are simply INCREDIBLE! One of our cats, Roosevelt, had an ear issue arise requiring a vet visit. Crystal went above and beyond looking out for him, taking him to the vet and providing the after care until we could pick up them up. She even made sure to get a softer, more comfortable e-collar for him. All of our cats were extremely well taken care of and quickly felt at home there. Roosevelt's ear has healed nicely, and we can see that he is more confident and at ease after having spent time there! We can't thank the Laid Back Cat enough, and have no reservation on recommending them, and look forward to boarding our cats with them again in the future!
