We recently boarded our cats here while we were out of town for a week. The facilities are top notch and the owners are simply INCREDIBLE! One of our cats, Roosevelt, had an ear issue arise requiring a vet visit. Crystal went above and beyond looking out for him, taking him to the vet and providing the after care until we could pick up them up. She even made sure to get a softer, more comfortable e-collar for him. All of our cats were extremely well taken care of and quickly felt at home there. Roosevelt's ear has healed nicely, and we can see that he is more confident and at ease after having spent time there! We can't thank the Laid Back Cat enough, and have no reservation on recommending them, and look forward to boarding our cats with them again in the future! Thank you Crystal and Doreen for being so kind and welcoming to our furballs!!

Reviews
We boarded our two cats for a week while we went out of the country. The Laid Back Cat put us at such ease while we were away! The facility is incredibly clean and has a calm atmosphere. You can just tell the cats feel good and are well cared for. The owners were very responsive throughout the stay and even sent pictures and videos of our girls!
This place was magnificent!
From the friendly owner Crystal telling me all about her place on the phone, to picking up my cat, it was all a very stress free and positive experience!
My cat’s room was spacious and clean!
I loved the idea that it has a “catio,” where my cat could look outside . For me that’s a plus because she is an indoor -outdoor cat,
This facility ONLY houses cats, which is great.
Lastly, my cat was given love and care and I was received texts and pics to update me!
I’ll be back in October.
Thank you Crystal and company!☺
