Sasser remodeled our bathroom and installed a tiled walk-in shower and changed out the vanity. Absolutely beautiful work!
We also had them to put down hardwoods in our hallway and removed the carpet and it was done in a half day! Very pleased with their work!

I recently got new carpet and kitchen and foyer LVT and was so happy with the results. Brian came out to give me a quote. One thing I can say about him is he was available anytime I had a question. If he didn't answer the phone, he would text or call back within minutes. Workers did a good job and showed up when promised. They let me take the LVT sample home to see if I liked and ordered me bigger carpet samples to have. Most places won't do that. Lowe's you can take the whole board with tiny samples but you have to pay $25.00 but they reimburse you when you bring it back, a real pain. Everyone in the office is nice and helpful! Bryan and his team are amazing!!! he came highly recommended from a contractor that we have worked with before. I got multiple estimates and his was by far the most detailed, but also the most reasonable for the quality of work. He was so thoughtful even in the beginning with helping me finalize a design. We went back-and-forth with two completely different design concepts, and he patiently gave me an estimate for both with multiple conversations over the phone in between. I always heard back within a day or two of any communication and he would always call me at exactly the minute on time if we had an agreed time to talk.
