Michelle and Sara were the perfect choice for our family portraits. Michelle had photographed my sister’s wedding 14(!) years ago, and we were thrilled to have her capture these updated family photos with her daughter Sara. They were pros with managing the kiddos and easing genuine smiles out of everyone, even on a super hot day. When it was looking like it was going to rain during our scheduled time, Michelle reached out to pivot to a morning session instead of evening. We were so grateful for her flexibility and the photos could not have been better! Communication was excellent and quality unsurpassed. They even included more photos in the final album than stipulated in the contract, which was a lovely surprise! You will not be disappointed in your experience with Michelle and Sara Photogrpahy!
Michelle and Sara have done family pictures for our family of four and also a high school senior session for our daughter. They are professional, creative, and a true representation of teamwork. They listened to the ideas we had and worked with us to make them better than I had imagined. We never felt rushed or pushed to do something we didn't want or like. Michelle and Sara are the kindest, sweetest, most wonderful, and caring ladies doing what the love and it shows.
Michelle and Sara are amazing. Because of the pandemic my fiancé and I couldn’t meet either of them in person until an engagement photo session just days before our actual wedding. But in the months before, they were the vendor that went out of their way to stay in contact, check in every so often, and I felt as if they were truly trying to get to know us and build whatever sort of relationship they could, given the circumstances. I’ll preface this with admitting I HATE attention, taking formal photographs, and my inbox has well over 5,000 unread emails. So, when Michelle offered to just text me instead of emailing back and forth, I was so relieved. They both made my fiancé and I feel as comfortable as possible during our first session, encouraged us to bring our “fur baby” with us, and somehow managed to get some amazing photos despite how awkward it can be kissing your fiancé dozens of times in front of two people taking pictures that you just met a few moments ago. As I said I have very little patience when it comes to taking formal photos, and on my wedding day after the ceremony there was a moment where Sara came to me and said, “be honest with me, are you over it?” and I could have kissed her. Because I was so over it… (it truly had not been that long a photo session I’m just awkward and hate formal things) and I was honestly worried I hadn’t given them enough time to do what they needed to do. I was so wrong. I haven’t even seen all the photos yet but the sneak peek they sent me just today had me in tears. These women are such kind, talented professionals and are exceptional listeners and communicators. I seriously can’t sing their praises enough. Hire them! You won’t regret it! xoxo
